1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Universal Basic Inc., operating as MYTHOS Mobile (“MYTHOS Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By activating, using, or paying for MYTHOS Mobile wireless services, SIM/eSIM, devices, or related products (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description
MYTHOS Mobile is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). We provide wireless service using the network infrastructure of one or more underlying carrier partners. Network availability, performance, and coverage may vary and are not guaranteed.
We may change carriers, technologies, or network partners at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility
You must be:
•     at least 18 years old
•     legally able to enter a contract
•     using the Service for lawful purposes
We may require identity verification to activate or maintain service.

4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
•     maintaining accurate account information
•     securing your login credentials
•     all activity on your account
•     charges incurred by anyone using your SIM/eSIM
If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

5. Billing & Payments
5.1 Subscription Billing
MYTHOS Mobile operates on a prepaid subscription basis.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your plan, including:
•     monthly service fees
•     taxes and regulatory fees
•     device or SIM/eSIM charges
•     add‑ons or usage‑based fees (if applicable)
5.2 Auto‑Renewal
Unless disabled, your plan renews automatically each billing cycle.
5.3 Failed Payments
If payment fails:
•     your service may be suspended
•     your number may be lost
•     late fees may apply
5.4 No Refunds
All payments are non‑refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
•     unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
•     harassment or abuse
•     network attacks or interference
•     reselling or sharing service without permission
•     excessive tethering or hotspot use beyond plan limits
•     automated or machine‑generated traffic
•     circumventing network controls
We may monitor usage for compliance and network integrity.

7. Network Management
To maintain network quality, we may:
•     prioritize traffic
•     reduce speeds
•     limit hotspot/tethering
•     restrict or block certain types of traffic
•     enforce data caps or fair‑use policies
These practices may change at any time.

8. Device Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device:
•     is unlocked
•     supports required network bands
•     supports VoLTE, VoWiFi, and emergency calling
•     is not reported lost, stolen, or fraudulent
Incompatible devices may not receive full service.

9. SIM/eSIM
Your SIM/eSIM:
•     remains property of MYTHOS Mobile
•     may be deactivated if misused
•     may not be transferred without permission
Lost or stolen SIMs must be reported immediately.

10. Emergency Services (E911)
Wireless 911 service may not function:
•     during power outages
•     without network coverage
•     on incompatible devices
•     when using VoIP apps
•     when location data is unavailable
We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of emergency services.

11. Termination & Suspension
11.1 Termination by You
You may cancel service at any time.
No refunds will be issued for unused service.
11.2 Termination or Suspension by Us
We may suspend or terminate your service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:
•     violation of these Terms
•     suspected fraud or illegal activity
•     non‑payment
•     network abuse
•     excessive support burden
•     actions that harm our brand, network, or users
•     business or operational decisions
We are not required to disclose the reason for termination.
11.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
•     service stops immediately
•     your number may be lost
•     remaining balances are forfeited
•     you remain responsible for all charges incurred

12. Changes to Service or Terms
We may modify:
•     these Terms
•     pricing
•     plans
•     features
•     network partners
•     policies
We will notify you of material changes by posting updates on our website or contacting you directly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
•     uninterrupted service
•     error‑free performance
•     specific speeds
•     coverage in any location
•     compatibility with all devices
Wireless service is inherently variable.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
•     MYTHOS Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
•     our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days
This includes issues related to:
•     dropped calls
•     lost messages
•     data loss
•     service outages
•     unauthorized access
•     emergency service failures

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Basic Inc. from claims arising out of:
•     your use of the Service
•     your violation of these Terms
•     your misuse of devices or SIMs
•     your unlawful or harmful actions

16. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive the right to:
•     a jury trial
•     class actions
•     class arbitration
Details of the arbitration process will be provided upon request.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
